Cabbage, Carrots, Pork & Almonds Stir Fry

Serves 2

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF

• 1/2 pound pork

• 2 cups sliced cabbage

• 1/4 cup sliced carrot

• 1/2 cup sliced onions

• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

• 2 Tbsp. almonds

Instructions

Marinade pork in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained pork in coconut oil for few minutes, add onions, carrots, almonds and cabbage and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for a minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
